Shifts: 7:00am-3:30pm and 3:00pm-11:30pm (some possible mid-shifts)
Weekend availability is needed and not-negotiable

We are seeking a professional, service-driven Front Desk Agent to join our team and serve as the face of our hotel. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to meet you.
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while efficiently managing check-in, check-out, guest inquiries, and guest requests. This role plays a critical part in shaping first and last impressions of the hotel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming arrival experience
- Prepare for and acknowledge our loyalty members and return guests
- Process check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
- Handle room assignments, special requests, and upgrades
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate billing and cash handling procedures
- Promote hotel amenities, outlets, and local experiences
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity
- Hearing, writing, typing
- Minimum lifting/pulling of 20 pounds
- Standing for majority of shift
- High school education required. Relevant training and experience and additional education preferred.
