Job Responsibilities for Technical Support Analyst:
Administer, develop, and maintain all SharePoint applications.
Provide technical support for end-user hardware and software.
Install, configure, and maintain new hardware and software across the organization.
Administer users, groups, and security permissions through all platforms.
Monitor antivirus alerts and ensure timely remediation of identified threats.
Perform vulnerability assessments and manage patch deployment to maintain system security.
Provide basic systems and network support.
Image and deploy computers using standardized procedures.
Install and configure scanners for Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) customers.

Basic understanding of networking concepts such as IP addressing, Wi-Fi, and cabling.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing technology needs.
