Position Summary
This position serves as a welcoming, reliable point of contact for existing church partners. The Church Partnerships
Administrator provides essential administrative and coordination support to the Church Partnerships team, helping ensure
strong communication, timely follow-up, and accurate tracking of church engagement, giving, and sponsorship activity. This
role supports the execution of Dream Sundays, New Life Sundays, and other church partnership initiatives by managing
routine processes and partner-facing logistics, allowing partnership leaders to focus on relationship development and
growth.
The Church Partnership Administrator will participate in the following areas of responsibility:
- Provides consistent administrative and communication support for existing church partners, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate information sharing, and a positive partner experience.
- Supports the coordination and execution of Dream Sundays, New Life Sundays, and related church partnership initiatives, including scheduling, communication, and logistics.
- Maintains and updates church partnership data, including giving and sponsorship dashboards, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal systems and reports.
- Manages multiple email accounts to support partners.
- Answers incoming emails and direct calls from partners.
- Provide administrative support for existing church partnerships
- Manage routine communication and follow-up related to Dream Sundays and New Life Sundays
- Maintain church giving and sponsorship dashboards and data accuracy
- Support front-facing communication with church partners, including email, scheduling, and logistics.
- Supports Dream Sundays and other events (requires occasional weekend work).
- Maintains and updates position procedures.
- Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
- Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
- Respectfully takes direction from Church Partnership Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
Associate or bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Computer Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook). CRM experience a plus.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
