Your Role 


As a Retail Lead, you’ll support the Retail Supervisor and Retail Chief in leading daily store operations. You’ll provide excellent customer service, coach team members, and ensure a safe, efficient, and positive environment for customers and employees alike.


What You’ll Do as a Retail Lead

  • Promote a “Safety First” and “Environmental Stewardship” culture
  • Lead by example, demonstrating our four core values – Respect, Help, Learn & Grow
  • Supervise and motivate retail team members to meet daily goals
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and professionalism in the store
  • Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional service to customers
  • Communicate sales and marketing initiatives to the team
  • Manage office administration, including phones, cash drawers, paperwork, and supplies
  • Support training, development, and onboarding of new employees
  • Maintain vendor and supplier relationships
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all company policies and SOPs
  • Work retail hours including weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed
  • Perform retail-related tasks as directed
  • Grow your skills, assist your team, and perform other assigned tasks.

What You Bring as a Retail Lead

  • Leadership or supervisory experience in retail (required)
  • Strong customer service focus and team leadership skills
  • Solid administrative and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile tech tools
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work indoors/outdoors Preferred:
  • Experience in automotive, salvage, or recycling industry
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
