Description
Essential Job Functions
Software Development and Implementation
- Develops and enhances business system solutions to automate processes and improve efficiency, including revising existing programs and maintaining installation and support documentation.
- Translates detailed designs and solution blueprints into high-quality working code, creating prototypes or proofs-of-concept as needed.
- Defines and executes unit-test cases, documents results, and identifies design or performance risks.
- Supports and collaborates with other developers, contributing to technical specifications and ongoing project activities.
- Creates and monitors batch schedules as part of system operations.
- Creates and maintains custom reports for the client
Customer Focus Experience and Duties
- Works directly with clients to gather requirements, define system functionality, and provide clear technical guidance.
- Communicates complex technical concepts in accessible terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Provides user support during system testing, client testing, and post-implementation periods.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with client expectations.
- Identifies and resolves technical gaps to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Quality Assurance
- Conducts peer reviews and quality assurance assessments to ensure coding standards and best practices are upheld.
- Analyzes program design and performance risks and proposes solutions to optimize system efficiency.
- Documents design specifications, development procedures, and testing outcomes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Stays updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and technical expertise.

- Ability to analyze complex data structures and implement effective solutions. Oracle CC&B, C2M, and CCS.
- Knowledge of batch scheduling and reports is a plus.

- Extensive experience in Oracle CC&B/C2M/CCS development, with a strong understanding of the product suite and supporting server architecture.
- Experience in developing, testing, and deploying enterprise-level software solutions.
- Proven ability to engage with clients, gather requirements, and deliver technical solutions tailored to business needs.
- Background in providing quality assurance and peer reviews within a software development environment.
Education Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, etc.).
- At least six years of experience in software development, particularly in OUAF.
