Job Role
Schedule design sessions and meet with internal Stakeholders to develop reporting/dashboard requirements and UAT plans; Provide ongoing reporting support for dashboards, reports, master data management and metadata management layers; Investigate performance issues with dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc query environments and mitigate those issues; Deploy work through our continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) model; Track and update work within Azure DevOps using best practices; Use technical documents such as data dictionaries to develop analytics; Participate in Release Management meetings; Provide support to Data Analyst Intern and Junior Data Analysts as requested by leadership. Position is 100% work from home in any U.S. state.
- Minimum of a U.S. Bachelor’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Statistics, Information Technology, Information Technology Management, or Computer Science plus 3 years’ experience in the job offered or a related data analyst role in the healthcare industry.
- The position also requires 3 years’ hands-on experience developing content with clinical data sets; 3 years’ experience using TSQL in database management, data warehousing, and data modeling; experience in Microsoft SQL Server; experience designing, developing, and optimizing data warehousing architectures and orchestrating complex ETL pipelines.
