Description

We are seeking a Mandarin- and English-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to support patients of a global healthcare organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound phone support to patients, including:
    • Appointment scheduling and follow-ups
    • Medication refill coordination
    • Basic inquiries regarding lab results and services
  • Handle an average of 80 calls per shift while maintaining quality and accuracy
  • Document interactions clearly and comply with service and data standards
  • Collaborate with an international support team to ensure a smooth patient experience

Requirements
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)

  • Willingness to work night shift (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM PH time)
Salary Description
