This is a Part Time position with the potential to become Full Time.
IT Help Desk will support end users by deploying new workstations, performing hardware upgrades, and installing, updating and troubleshooting various software packages This position will respond to support tickets created by end users. In addition, this role will work with other members of the IT Department to perform projects, manage documentation, policies and standards, and continuously improve the delivery of IT services to the entire firm. Other duties as assigned.
IT Help Desk must take direction well and be motivated self-starters. This person must be open and excited to learn new technologies. They must have strong communication skills, both written and oral, and possess basic project management skills as well as experience in the troubleshooting/management of desktop operating systems like Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite (all versions), as well as other miscellaneous software applications. Experience with Office 365 and MS Teams a plus. They should be customer service-oriented and learn techniques to best serve clients. Strong documentation skills are a must.
