Summary
The Regional Ice Rink Facilities Manager is responsible for and supervises the maintenance, care, and efficient operation of all equipment and facilities in the Northeast. The organization has facilities in Northeastern NY, Capital region of NY, Central NY and Southern CT. Travel in this region is a requirement!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Inspects and performs maintenance on assigned equipment and facilities.
• Ensures assigned facilities and equipment are ready for regular business and special events.
• Maintains files of warranties, records, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and contracts for various pieces of equipment.
• Maintains the inventory, storage, and distribution of equipment.
• Provides recommendations for purchases of new equipment.
• Collaborates with other appropriate management staff to prepare and implement budget.
• Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Supervisory Responsibilities 

Directly oversees all employees in the rink operations. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
