Reports To: Director of Doctor Recruiting 


  

The Doctor Recruiting Manager will partner with the Director of Doctor Recruiting in full-cycle recruiting efforts for orthodontic residents and experienced doctors. This role is responsible for developing strategic residency relationships, cultivating high-quality talent pipelines, and serving as a consultative advisor to candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate thrives in relationship-building, influences decisions, and delivers a white-glove candidate experience from the first engagement through onboarding.


     

Essential Job   Functions:


Full-Cycle Recruiting:

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruiting process for orthodontic residents and experienced   doctors.
  • Identify, source, and engage qualified candidates from residency programs and targeted outreach.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with director/leadership team.
  • Maintain high-touch, professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Residency Program Outreach:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with orthodontic residency programs and their coordinators. 
  • Attend recruiting fairs, residency open houses, and networking events to promote brand and job opportunities for new   graduates. 
  • Coordinate and schedule virtual or in-person presentations such as lunch/dinner and learn with residency   programs. 
  • Develop and sustain a long-term residency program partnerships to support ongoing pipeline growth.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of recruitment events aimed at residents, including interviews, webinars, and   informational sessions. 
  • Organize logistics and materials for career/vendors fairs and on-campus recruitment activities as it pertains to   residents or alumni.
  • Present recruiting presentation to residency candidates with enthusiasm, persuasion, and accuracy.
  • Organize other key stake holders to attend important events that warrant high emphasis.

Recruitment Marketing:

  • Collaborate with marketing and Director to develop outreach materials and presentations.
  • Manage job posting and support recruiting efforts across relevant platforms and social media.
  • Represent the organization professionally at recruiting and industry events. 

Recruitment Operations & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress using the Applicant Tracking System (Paylocity   experience preferred)
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the Director. 
  • Prepare reports on residency engagement, candidate, pipeline activity, and recruitment outcomes.

Administrative and Team Support:

  • Assist with job posting management and advertising positions on relevant platforms.
  • Support onboarding coordination for newly hired candidates, enduring a smooth transition from residency to practice.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to recruitment strategy discussions.
Requirements

 Preferred Requirements: · 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in physician, healthcare, or professional services recruiting. 
  • Familiarity with orthodontic or medical residency programs a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal, including presentation and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ATS (Paylocity a plus).
  • Flexibility to attend events and meetings in person and virtually and required travel for recruiting purposes.
  • Experience in influencing decisions and guiding candidates through offer acceptance.
  • Willingness to travel 40-50%
