Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Administrator is primarily responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract and hire top talent. This role partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience. In addition to recruitment responsibilities, this position provides support in key HR administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
Duties/Responsibilities
Primary Focus – Talent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for open positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
- Maintain and develop talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews; guide hiring managers through structured interview processes.
- Conduct reference checks, background checks, and employment eligibility verification.
- Prepare and extend job offers in collaboration with leadership.
- Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Secondary HR Support Responsibilities
- Assist with administration of HR programs including benefits, leave tracking, and employee records management.
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Help maintain HRIS data accuracy and personnel files.
- Assist with training coordination and tracking.
- Respond to routine employment-related inquiries from employees and supervisors.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/Applicant Tracking Systems.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience required, HR generalist experience a plus.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment is preferred.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP) is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to attend job fairs, recruiting events, or community outreach activities as needed.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
