Description

  Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for all Red Bull off Premise business, for Corpus Christi & Laredo locations.
  • Manage and set goals for off Premise team to achieve reach targets.
  • Coverage of defined territory. Complete all calls allocated to individual territory.
  • Proficiency in retailer ways of working (terminology) increasing opportunities to expand in-store presence.
  • Retail satisfaction responses should highlight sales effectiveness to include category education, current sales state of business for account, and quality of sales call.
  • Drive execution of agreed and over and above national and local promotion.
  • Report non-compliance in a timely manner.
  • Responsible to drive effective communication amongst distributor team. Ensuring best in class account service.
  • Drive KPI improvement by influencing local sales and management team.
  • Communicate all Chain Account Promotional Activity and work with local NA Managers to ensure priorities are executed Day 1.
  • Work with sales team and local warehouse manager to ensure POS quality is up to date and maintained in the market.
  • Attain all Chain Threshold monthly goals.
  • Atain all Chain Picture Validation goals.
  • Communicate all Chain distribution Voids to sales team, CVS, Lowes, etc…
  • Manage LTO launches including Chain allocations.
  • Ensure all Buying Group stores are following VIP agreements with shelves, displays, distribution, coolers, etc…
  • Track incentives to ensure accuracy.
  • Track 7-11 and Wal-Mart Prebooks.
  • Track Chain Cooler set ups and deliveries.

Ensure correct POS is maintained in Chains 

Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • 3+ years demonstrated experience      working within Consumer-Packaged Goods industry (Beverage and      multi-location experience preferred)
  • Experience within a Direct Store      Delivery in a Pre-Sell distribution environment
  • Teach and coach others to sell in both      the On/Off-Premise channel
  • Influence distributor decision-makers      and important partners
  • Analyze and leverage data to drive      insights to action
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel (can      maintain complex spreadsheets)
  • Proficient in Microsoft power point      (build presentations from scratch)
  • Valid Driver's License

Language Requirements: Fluent in English, Bilingual Spanish preferred
