Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on commercial and residential HVAC systems
- Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC equipment and components.
- Complete all work orders with accurate documentation and notes promptly
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks (e.g., filter changes, coil cleaning, lubrication, belt replacement).
- Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment in service vehicles.
- Clearly maintain regular communication with dispatch

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial or residential HVAC, including EPA Certification
- Possess a set of basic hand tools
- Must possess a hardworking, dependable, and positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Clean driving record, criminal record and the ability to pass a drug screening
- Computer, phone, and written skills are a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. overhead, climb ladders, and work at heights (e.g., rooftops).
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the day.
- Always maintain a professional appearance.
