Residential Field Junior Project Manager
Description

What You’ll Do

  • Assist Project Managers with coordinating residential pool construction projects
  • Visit job sites throughout the Atlanta area to observe progress and support field operations
  • Help schedule subcontractors and track project timelines
  • Communicate updates to homeowners in a professional manner
  • Maintain organized job documentation and progress photos
  • Assist with permit coordination and inspections
  • Identify potential issues and report them to senior leadership
  • Support efforts to keep projects on schedule and within budget

This role is both office-based and field-based. You will spend time on active construction sites.

Experience Requirements

  • Construction experience is helpful but not required
  • Project coordination experience is a plus but not required
  • We are open to candidates coming from trades, customer service, military, or other hands-on roles
