Description
What You’ll Do
- Assist Project Managers with coordinating residential pool construction projects
- Visit job sites throughout the Atlanta area to observe progress and support field operations
- Help schedule subcontractors and track project timelines
- Communicate updates to homeowners in a professional manner
- Maintain organized job documentation and progress photos
- Assist with permit coordination and inspections
- Identify potential issues and report them to senior leadership
- Support efforts to keep projects on schedule and within budget
This role is both office-based and field-based. You will spend time on active construction sites.
What We’re Looking For

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience Requirements
- Construction experience is helpful but not required
- Project coordination experience is a plus but not required
- We are open to candidates coming from trades, customer service, military, or other hands-on roles
