Description
- Greet members and guests with a warm Columbia welcome.
- Manage proper sign-in of all members and guests’ registration as well as ensure proper ID verification.
- Maintain daily records and enter data into the system.
- Process merchandise sales.
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate club information.
- Monitor pool area for safety, assist during emergencies, and enforce pool rules.
- Assist with equipment checkout and lost & found.
- Keep reception and lobby areas clean and organized.
- Fold and distribute towels per club SOPs.
- Support events and complete other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Comfortable working evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
