 Full-Time | Multi-Property IT Environment | Travel Required


We are seeking a technically strong IT Support Specialist to provide systems administration, infrastructure support, and enterprise application troubleshooting across multiple hotel properties. This role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint deployment, networking, and hospitality systems.

Experience supporting Marriott and/or Hilton brand IT environments is strongly preferred.


Systems & User Administration

  • Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, licensing, mailbox      permissions)
  • Manage Active Directory user provisioning and deprovisioning
  • Configure SharePoint and OneDrive permissions
  • Maintain file server access controls and shared drive permissions
  • Enforce immediate access termination protocols

Endpoint Management

  • Image and deploy Windows desktops and laptops
  • Configure user profiles, domain joins, and security policies
  • Deploy and configure Microsoft 365 applications
  • Install and configure property-specific software platforms
  • Configure network printers and drivers

Enterprise Application Support

Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for:

  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Lightspeed PMS
  • Saflok access control
  • Galaxy, Savie, SBA
  • CITY and EMC systems
  • SecureCRT
  • Adobe Acrobat

Responsibilities include authentication troubleshooting, sync failures, configuration errors, and performance diagnostics.


Hardware & Infrastructure

  • Diagnose and replace internal hardware components (RAM, SSD/HDD,      Wi-Fi adapters, motherboards)
  • Troubleshoot printers and peripheral devices
  • Support UniFi network environments
  • Reboot and troubleshoot access points during outages
  • Assist with infrastructure installations and network deployments

Email Security & Threat Management

  • Administer Barracuda Email Security Gateway
  • Manage quarantine releases and phishing mitigation
  • Configure encryption and secure email delivery

IT Operations & Projects

  • Maintain hardware asset lifecycle tracking
  • Document support activities and maintain ticket accuracy
  • Support hotel openings, acquisitions, and system transitions
  • Coordinate vendor escalations (ISP, telephony, IPTV providers)

Technical Qualifications


Required

  • Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange Online, licensing, security      controls)
  • Active Directory (user, group, and permission management)
  • Windows OS imaging and deployment
  • File server and NTFS permission management
  • Network printer configuration
  • Remote support platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills

Preferred

  • Experience supporting Marriott and/or Hilton IT standards
  • Hospitality PMS experience (Lightspeed preferred)
  • UniFi network management
  • Barracuda email security administration
  • Multi-property IT support experience
