Job Coaching -We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Job Coach to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in community employment settings. The Job Coach helps individuals learn job tasks, build workplace skills, and succeed in competitive employment while promoting independence and confidence.

Pay: based on education and experience

Sign-on bonus: $1500

Hours will vary with occasional evening and weekend work.
