A Jiffy Lube Multicare Technician (Automotive Technician/Mechanic) is a skilled automotive professional responsible for performing a wide range of advanced maintenance and repair services beyond the basic oil change. This role is essential to ensuring vehicle safety, reliability, and performance for every guest who visits our service center.

Multicare Techs are trained, certified, and hands-on: capable of diagnosing issues, performing complex repairs, and delivering exceptional service with confidence and care.

Job Requirements:

Advanced Maintenance Services

· Perform complex vehicle services such as brake repair, spark plug replacement, and tune-ups

Preventative Maintenance

· Conduct oil changes, fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and tire rotations to extend vehicle lifespan and improve performance

Comprehensive Vehicle Inspections

· Carry out thorough visual checks on lights, belts, tires, batteries, and fluid levels, identifying wear or issues before they become major problems

Customer Communication

· Collaborate with the Service Advisor to explain inspection results and recommend the services needed to guests in a professional and informative manner

Specialized System Services

· Execute automatic transmission fluid exchanges, engine coolant replacements, fuel system cleanings, and more using Jiffy Lube-approved tools and procedures

Clean & Safe Work Environment

· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace, contributing to the overall appearance and efficiency of the service center

Training & Certification:

All Multicare Technicians receive ongoing education through Jiffy Lube University, our industry-leading training program that combines online modules with hands-on learning. Technicians continue to build expertise in:
