Are you friendly, attentive, and passionate about delivering outstanding guest service? We’re seeking a Banquet Server to support our banquet and events team in creating memorable experiences for meetings, weddings, and special events. In this role, you will help ensure seamless food and beverage service while maintaining the high standards our guests expect.
Responsibilities:
• Set up banquet rooms according to event orders, including tables, linens, glassware, and place settings
• Provide professional and attentive food and beverage service during banquets, meetings, and special events
• Greet guests warmly and ensure their needs are met throughout the event
• Serve plated meals, buffet items, and beverages following service standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas during and after events
• Clear tables, remove used dishware, and reset tables as needed
• Work closely with the banquet captain, culinary team, and other staff to ensure smooth event execution
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and room resets between functions
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver exceptional hospitality to all guests

• Previous banquet, restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage service experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays or equipment as needed
• Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience accepted
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local health and safety regulations
• Ability to obtain required licenses or certifications, if applicable
• Additional language skills a plus
• CPR and First Aid training preferred
