What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair die casting machines, hydraulic systems, pneumatic controls, and auxiliary equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment to minimize downtime
- Diagnose mechanical failures and implement effective, timely repairs
- Support production teams by keeping equipment running and schedules on track
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Follow and support all safety protocols while maintaining a clean, organized work area
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment efficiently
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Good communication skills and a proactive, safety-first mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certifications are a plus)
