Job Overview:

The Club at Strawberry Creek is looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher/porter to join our kitchen team. The Dishwasher will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential in helping our culinary team provide high-quality food in a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
•  Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
•  Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and kitchen areas, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash.
•  Restock clean dishes and utensils in the appropriate areas.
•  Assist kitchen staff with basic prep work as needed.
•  Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning supplies.
•  Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the kitchen manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

•  No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•  Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
•  Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
•  Team player with a positive attitude.
