Location: Englewood, CO (Hybrid: 1-2 days in office per week) 

Employment Type: Full-Time 

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 

Travel: As needed to client sites (varies by project) 

About the Role 

Lead and deliver client-facing projects across Microsoft 365, Azure, identity (AD/Entra ID), endpoint management, and network environments. This is a hands-on engineering role (not a Project Manager role). You’ll own the technical execution while partnering with Professional Services, Client Success, and Service Delivery to keep scope, timelines, documentation, and communication on track. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Deliver IT projects end-to-end (discovery, planning, implementation, support and handoff), including but not limited to: Microsoft 365 migrations, Azure migrations, identity changes (Active Directory/Entra ID), email security implementations, network refreshes (switching, wireless, firewalls), and regulatory/security alignment. 
  • Review scope and requirements, validate assumptions, and translate them into actionable technical tasks. 
  • Implement changes using best practices for change control, testing, rollback planning, and documentation. 
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, configurations, and notes in real time. 
  • Provide clear client and internal updates on milestones, risks, blockers, and next steps. 
  • Troubleshoot implementation issues and proactively mitigate project risks. 
  • Partner with Project Managers/Coordinators on scheduling, dependencies, and resource planning. 
  • Ensure an excellent client experience through professional communication and high-quality technical delivery.

Qualifications 

  • Required: 5+ years of experience in IT (MSP and/or client-facing project delivery strongly valued) 
  • Required: Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure, including identity (Active Directory/Entra ID) 
  • Required: Solid fundamentals in networking (switching, routing, VLANs, WiFi, and firewall concepts) 
  • Required: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills 
  • Required: Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines 
  • Required: Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a computer workstation 
  • Required: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, smartphone, and ability to lift at least 25 lbs (network gear) 

Preferred 

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field 
  • CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certified 
  • Microsoft certifications (examples: AZ-104, AZ-700, AZ-800, AZ-305, AZ-140, AZ-120) 900, MS-900, MD-102, MS-700, MS-721)  
  • Experience with Intune/MDM, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and migrations 
  • Experience with MSP tooling (PSA/ticketing, RMM, documentation platform)
