About the Role

We are seeking a high-caliber, dynamic, and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our premier ImVection oven line. This is a senior leadership position designed for an industry expert with a documented track record of scaling product lines and experience in the commercial kitchen equipment industry.


The Director of Sales will be responsible for the strategic vision, market expansion, and overall revenue growth of the ImVection brand. We are looking for a leader who doesn't just execute a plan but possesses the business acumen to build a growth roadmap from the ground up, identifying untapped segments and fostering elite-level relationships with our Sales Rep Network, global dealers and consultants


Strategic Leadership & Key Responsibilities


Sales Rep Network & Channel Management

  • Strategic Oversight: Direct and engage with our national Sales Rep Network, working in coordination with our Regional Sales Management team to support our independent Rep Groups across assigned territories. 
  • Establish clear ImVection sales goals and KPIs for the Rep Network. 
  • Monitor performance, track prospects, and hold Rep Groups accountable for closing ImVection sales and hitting revenue targets. 
  • Territory Engagement: Engage with Rep Groups in their territories to identify ImVection prospects, support major sales closings, and ensure brand alignment. 

Sales Strategy & Business Planning

  • Growth Roadmap: Develop and champion a comprehensive multi-year business plan to aggressively grow the ImVection product line across global commercial markets.
  • Revenue Accountability: Drive top-line revenue growth to meet and exceed annual targets; analyze market data and internal metrics to ensure brand dominance.
  • Market Penetration: Identify and penetrate high-value B2B segments, including global restaurant chains and large-scale institutional foodservice operators.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the high-level sales funnel by creating and maintaining a robust ImVection opportunity      tracker; manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, conversion rates, and detailed win/loss analysis.

Marketing, Promotions & Administration

  • Marketing Alignment: Support the marketing department in the execution of branding initiatives to ensure the ImVection line is positioned effectively in the global marketplace.
  • Promotional Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement high-impact market promotions and sales tools that empower our dealer and consultant networks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, Culinary, and Operations to ensure product availability and production schedules align with active promotional efforts.

Dealer & Consultant Network Excellence

  • Strategic Partnerships: Nurture and expand an elite network of dealers and foodservice consultants; position the ImVection line as the preferred solution for high-performance commercial cooking.
  • Advocacy: Work alongside Rep Groups to strengthen relationships with key channel partners and high-value end-users.

Brand Advocacy & Culinary Synergy

  • Industry Thought Leadership: Act as the primary brand ambassador at major trade shows and industry conferences.
  • Product Demonstrations: Partner with the Corporate Culinary Team to ensure professional demonstrations effectively communicate the technical and economic value proposition of the equipment.

Qualifications and Essential Functions

  • Experience: 7-10+ years of proven sales leadership experience, specifically within the Commercial Kitchen Equipment industry.
  • Channel Expertise: Documented experience managing an independent Manufacturer’s Rep Network and driving sales through a multi-tiered distribution channel (Reps, Dealers, Distributors).
  • Proven Track Record: A documented history of successfully growing a specific product line and implementing successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Travel: Significant travel will be required for key account management and industry events.

Compensation & Benefits


Salary Range: $130,000 – $160,000 (Commensurate with seniority and track record)
