At the same time, we maintain a challenging, rewarding and enriching environment for all employees. Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced hands-on Residential & Commercial Loan Servicing Supervisor to lead and actively support daily operations for residential and commercial loan servicing. This is a working supervisor role—you will both supervise the team and personally perform servicing tasks to ensure accurate, compliant loan servicing from setup through payoff. You will partner closely with internal teams and serve as an escalation point for complex servicing issues.What You’ll Do:Work alongside the team. Assure that processes and procedures are efficient and      compliant.Foster a collaborative, member service-focused environmentPerform and oversee servicing for residential mortgages, real estate lending      products, and Commercial mortgages and loansAssist with loan setup, file maintenance, payoffs, disbursements, and GL entriesServe as escalation point for member, borrower, and attorney questionsAct as primary contact for servicing audits and reviewsMaintain procedures and incorporate regulatory or policy changesPartner with vendors and internal teams to improve workflows and accuracyTrack servicing KPIs and prepare regular reportsIdentify trends or issues and recommend solutionsPerform loan corrections and general ledger postingsManage ACH and automatic payment setupsMonitor recorded mortgages and collateral documentationPrepare payoff quotes and process dischargesSupport secondary market documentation and reconciliationsConduct quality control reviews of new loan originationsManage tax, insurance, PMI, ARM adjustments, HELOC conversions, and commercial      loan recastsSupervise, coach, and train residential real estate and commercial loan servicersAssist with member calls and servicing issues as neededDisclaimer: This job posting provides a general overview of the position and is not intended to be a comprehensive job description listing the activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee. Requirements

  

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in real estate loan servicing
  • Knowledge of servicing regulations and compliance requirements
  • Basic understanding of general ledger accounting
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of commercial servicing

Education & Experience

  • 2 years experience in Supervisory position for residential loan servicing 
  • Experience in residential loan servicing required
  • Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Supervision of Residential and Commercial Loan Servicers

The pay range for this position is $29.50 to $36.00 per hour and is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
