Job Summary:
As a member of the Bartolotta Catering Team, the Houseman day-to-day responsibilities will vary based on the needs of the business but will include a range of areas outlined below.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Set-up and take down of Banquet Rooms according to function specifications.
- Confer with guests and clients to determine event requirements.
- Assist in transporting heavy materials such as staging, tables, and chairs to the event space.
- Check and appropriately adjust temperature and lights and ensure electric hookups are working.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the areas during and after events.
