Guest Experience Manager (Community & Brand Engagement)

The Role:
This role exists to turn great visits into magical experiences. As our Director of Guest Happiness, you will spend your time connecting with guests, creating memorable moments, and ensuring every person who walks through our doors feels genuinely welcomed and appreciated. You’ll also represent our brand in the community by building relationships and inviting new guests into our restaurants.

What You’ll Do:
Inside the Restaurant: Your mission is simple: make every guest feel special and every guest leaves as a raving fan.
You will:
• Connect with every guest in the restaurant
• Create memorable moments and personalized experiences
• Celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions
• Turn guest issues into positive, loyalty-building experiences
• Support the team in delivering exceptional hospitality
Outside the Restaurant: You will also act as a community ambassador for the brand.
You will:
• Build relationships with local businesses and community leaders
• Visit organizations and deliver food drops to introduce new guests to our restaurants
• Represent our brand at events and community gatherings
• Invite new guests to experience what we do

Requirements:
- 1–3+ years in hospitality, guest experience, marketing, or community engagement
- Strong people skills, natural charisma and highly extroverted
- Comfortable speaking with guests and representing the brand
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation
