Bay Converting Inc. in Green Bay is actively recruiting for a General Laborer who will be responsible for the packing and stacking of the finished product involved in production. 

Responsibilities:

• Reviews schedule board and ensures the machine lines are supplied with materials needed for production.
• Operates forklift to move raw materials and product.
• Follows all safety policies and protocols. 
• Maintains order and tidiness in the production area. 
• Assists Machine Operators with machine changeovers and adjustments. 

Qualifications:

• One year experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferred.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
