As a Specialty Plumber at Phoenix Water Solutions, you will be responsible for handling complex plumbing diagnostics, installations, repairs, and maintenance that go beyond basic service work. You’ll work both independently and with a supportive team to solve challenging plumbing issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced plumbing tasks including diagnostic troubleshooting, sewer and drain repairs, and system upgrades.
• Conduct water heater installations and repairs (tank and tankless), leak detection, repiping, and water line work.
• Read blueprints and technical specifications accurately.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company workmanship policies.
• Use plumbing diagnostic tools and equipment (e.g., cameras, leak detectors).
• Discuss project scopes and results with customers professionally and clearly.
• Complete accurate job documentation including materials, time, and recommendations.
• Maintain company tools and vehicles in safe, working condition.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of plumbing experience, including specialty or advanced plumbing work
• Valid plumbing license or certification as required by Arizona regulations
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and local codes
• Experience with advanced diagnostics (camera inspections, leak detection, etc.)
• Gas line experience or certification (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work independently and solve complex plumbing issues
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Physically able to lift equipment and work in confined spaces when required
