The Human Resources Recruiting Specialist will report to the Human Resources Manager.
Job Overview
The Human Resources Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for general Human Resources (HR) functions that support the business including recruiting and hiring as well as driving the employment brand for the organization.
The role has additional opportunities for Human Resources growth and advancement.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage full-cycle recruiting based on staffing objectives.
- Develop and drive employment branding and the HR components for the website.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and keep candidate flow and communication current.
- Assist with updating and maintaining employee records and the Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
- Research and recommend compensation data with managers.
- Help create and maintain job descriptions.
- Regularly attend career fairs.
- Address employee questions and concerns in relation to various HR topics.
- Support the employee survey process and work alongside leadership to drive change.
- Payroll processing backup, as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or similar amount of recruiting experience.
- Strong knowledge of hiring processes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
Physical Requirements
- Typically sits, grasps items, and performs keyboarding for the regular operation of a computer.
- Stand, walk, bend, reach or otherwise move about regularly.
- Lift, move or otherwise transfer items up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
- Occasional exposure to typical manufacturing production physical hazards.
