Customer Service Representative (Driving Position)

Absolute Dental Services is a market leader in fixed dental prosthetics and implant restorations. We are seeking a professional, motivated individual to join our team and support our growing customer base in the Greensboro, NC area.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing excellent service, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative (Driver) is responsible for providing exceptional face-to-face service while building and maintaining relationships with both existing and prospective customers. This position ensures timely and accurate pickup and delivery of cases while promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers in assigned territories
   
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
   
• Provide timely pickup and delivery of cases with a high level of accuracy and care
   
• Identify opportunities to promote products, services, and new technologies
   
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to support customer needs

Additional Information

This position involves regular local travel within the assigned territory. A company vehicle will be provided for all work-related driving.

Candidate must have a valid driver license and clean driving record for the past 5 years. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a customer service related field. Candidate must be punctual, reliable and effectively work in a team environment. Candidate must have a professional appearance and demeanor.
