Our dedicated dispatchers and services team handle the quoting, logistics, and scheduling from the office so you can focus on the work.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Expertise: Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems and related equipment across Aroostook      County.
• System Reliability: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance for your regional clients.
• Project Support: Assist with equipment installations when required.
• Communication: Work in sync with your pit crew to ensure efficient resolution to customer needs and total satisfaction.
• Relationship Building: Be part of the Thayer team in the region—be the one your customers trust for excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Licensing: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Certifications: * EPA Certification preferred.
• Gas License.
• Oil & Solid Fuel preferred.
• Core Skills: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/travel role.
