A Residential Building Concierge is responsible for providing a professional, welcoming front-desk presence and supporting the safety, service, and day-to-day operations of a residential property. This role serves as a primary point of contact for residents, guests, deliveries, and vendors, helping ensure a secure, clean, and well-managed building environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents and visitors; provide courteous assistance and information while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
- Monitor and control building access in accordance with property procedures (sign-in, ID verification, visitor/vendor authorization, key/fob control).
- Receive, log, and coordinate deliveries, packages, and service requests; notify residents per building policy.
- Answer phones, intercoms, and email/messages (as applicable); route inquiries to management, maintenance, or security.
- Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and policy violations; escalate incidents promptly to management and/or emergency services.
- Conduct routine lobby/amenity walkthroughs; help maintain orderly, clean, and presentable common areas (light tidying as needed).
- Coordinate with building staff and vendors (maintenance, cleaners, movers) to support smooth daily operations.
- Maintain accurate logs and records (visitor logs, package logs, incident reports, work orders, keys) using paper and/or building software.
- Enforce move-in/move-out procedures and amenity rules; communicate expectations clearly and respectfully.
- Support emergency preparedness activities (fire alarm response, building notifications) according to established protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, front desk, security, or residential building experience preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and a resident-service mindset.
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, package tracking systems) preferred.
- Ability to remain attentive and professional during quiet periods and high-traffic times.
- PR/First Aid certification a plus (or willingness to obtain if required).
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality; availability to work the scheduled shifts.

- Work is primarily indoors at the front desk/lobby; may include occasional outdoor checks at entrances as required.

- Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Sunday: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Work Environment & Expectations
This position is primarily based at the front desk/lobby and requires ongoing interaction with residents, guests, and vendors. The Concierge is expected to maintain professionalism, discretion, and a customer-service mindset while following building policies and procedures.
