We’re seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing organization who will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and integration of KlariVis’s core go-to-market technology platforms: Salesforce and HubSpot. This role ensures that sales and marketing leadership have reliable, real-time visibility into pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, marketing attribution, and funnel conversion - enabling data-driven   decision-making at every stage of the revenue cycle.


This is a foundational role in a high-growth SaaS environment. The Revenue Operations Specialist will build and enforce repeatable processes, maintain data integrity across systems, and serve as the operational backbone that connects marketing activity to sales execution and revenue outcomes.

Requirements

Required Qualifications include:

· 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce in a B2B environment

· 3+ years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot Marketing Hub (workflows, lead scoring, campaign management)

· 3+ years of experience working in a B2B SaaS company

· Demonstrated ability building Salesforce reports, dashboards, custom objects, and validation rules

· Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce-HubSpot native integration, including sync configuration and troubleshooting

· Experience supporting pipeline reporting, sales forecasting, and data hygiene processes for a sales organization

· Proficiency with data imports, deduplication, and data quality management across multiple systems

· Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders


Preferred Qualifications include:

· Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201 or higher)

· HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Revenue Operations, or equivalent)

· Experience in fintech, financial services, or the community banking sector

· Familiarity with CPQ, contract lifecycle management, or quote-to-cash workflows

· Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) for supplemental reporting

· Experience building RevOps processes from the ground up in a high-growth environment
