We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping and Receiving Specialist to assist with managing incoming and outgoing shipments while working with internal team members including Quality Assurance, Logistics Specialist, Supply Chain Specialist, and other members of Operations. 

 What You Will Do

• Prepare and assemble orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency
• Receive and verify incoming materials against packing lists and purchase orders
• Load outbound trucks and ensure shipments are matched correctly
• Operate a forklift and pallet jack safely and effectively
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy investigation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe loading dock
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe workplace

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–5 years of experience in shipping/receiving or a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience operating a Forklift 
• Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing and walking
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Work takes place in a shipping/receiving area connected to a manufacturing floor (moderate noise level)
