Summer 2026 Internship Program 


Kickstart your career with Financial Recovery Technologies (FRT), a leading provider in the securities class action litigation industry and a trusted partner to some of the world’s most sophisticated institutional investors—including hedge funds, mutual funds, custodians, and sovereign wealth funds.

We are seeking three (3) high-impact Summer Interns to contribute meaningfully across multiple teams during a 12-week, immersive corporate experience. This is not a “sit on the sidelines” internship—you’ll take ownership of real work, collaborate with experienced professionals, and help drive projects forward.

Beyond hands-on team contributions, you’ll gain exposure to FRT’s culture and leadership through weekly executive lunches, team meetings, company-wide events, and employee resource groups. You’ll also dive deep into our Sales Ops, Marketing and HR teams, applying your skills to meaningful, business-critical initiatives.


Program Details:

  • Dates: June 1 – August 21, 2026 (you must be available all 12 weeks) 
  • Schedule: Full-time (35–40 hours/week) 
  • Compensation: $17.00/hour

As a Summer Intern you will:

  • Take ownership of key projects, across various departments to support active initiatives and product improvements; 
  • Contribute ideas and insights in team and company meetings 
  • Shadow and learn directly from technical experts across the organization 
  • Support ad hoc projects that drive real business value 
  • Participate in volunteer events, HR-led trainings, and cross-functional programming 
  • Cap off your experience with a final presentation showcasing your work and impact

 Our ideal candidate is:

  • Incoming college junior or senior (Class of 2027 or Class of 2028),
  • Interested in the following fields:
    • Sales Operations
    • Marketing
    • HR
  • Preferred, but not required, skills: Microsoft suite (particularly Excel & PowerPoint), CRM exposure (Salesforce and HubSpot)
  • Keen to learn about financial services;
  • Fantastic at balancing multiple projects and deadlines at once, understanding and prioritizing deadlines;
  • A can-do type, projecting confidence and professionalism;
  • Excited by the idea of communicating with multiple stakeholders and unafraid of public speaking;
  • Comfortable commuting into an office 3/4 times a week;
  • Intellectually curious with a demonstrated commitment to continuous growth;
  • Timely, enthusiastic, courteous, adaptable, and flexible, demonstrating a spirit of cooperation in all contexts;
