The Role

As a General Laborer, you are the backbone of our job sites. Your primary goal is to support the skilled trades, maintain a safe environment, and ensure that project timelines are met through physical effort and logistical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Preparation: Clear debris, build temporary structures (like scaffolding), and set up safety barriers.
• Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute building materials (lumber, drywall, cement, etc.) to the appropriate areas of the site.
• Tool Operation: Use a variety of hand and power tools, including jackhammers, drills, saws, and pressure washers.
• Assistance to Trades: Support carpenters, masons, and electricians as needed with measuring, holding materials, or basic assembly.
• Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency throughout the workday.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical labor for 8+ hours a day in various weather conditions.
• Reliability: A consistent track record of showing up on time and ready to work.
• Safety Conscious: Knowledge of basic construction safety (PPE) and a willingness to follow all OSHA guidelines.
• Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from Site Supervisors.
• Experience: Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train candidates with the right work ethic.
