Job Summary:
PC3 is seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle while partnering closely with the Chief Employee Experience Officer (CEEO) on HR initiatives. This role serves as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support in recruiting, onboarding, performance management, training, engagement, and policy administration.
The Generalist will also assist the CEEO with coordination, reporting, and communications that help drive HR programs and strengthen the employee experience.
This is a broad-based role requiring flexibility, strong organization, excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
This position reports directly to the Chief Employee Experience Officer.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain accurate ATS/metrics tracking.
- Support facilitation of a smooth, compliant, and engaging onboarding experiences for new hires.
HR Operations & Strategic Support
- Collaborate with the CEEO to coordinate HR initiatives, programs, and events.
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, presentations, and communications that support HR projects.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records, employee files, and HR documentation.
- Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support employee relations and compliance efforts, ensuring alignment with best practices and labor laws.
Performance Management
- Assist with performance reviews, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters to ensure fairness and consistency.
Training & Development
- Manage and deliver training programs for employee growth and compliance.
- Support assessment of training needs and maintain training records.
Compliance & Policy Management
- Support creation, review, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and provide guidance on policy interpretation.
- Participate in HR projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Paylocity, Workday).
- Strong working knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High discretion, sound judgment, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- SHRM or PHR Certification is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
