 Position Overview - We are seeking a Senior Client Associate to join our team in a highly visible, relationship-driven role. This individual will support day-to-day client service operations, ensuring a seamless and high-touch client experience.


This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and is comfortable working independently while taking ownership of key responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities

Client Service & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and ongoing service needs 
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and next-generation family members 
  • Proactively engage clients through outreach, follow-ups, and ongoing communication
  • Support portfolio reviews and client meeting preparation 
  • Help onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition into the firm  

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Manage RMD notifications and distribution tracking 
  • Coordinate year-end client reminders and tax-related communications 
  • Assist with 1099 follow-ups during tax season 
  • Support the lead advisor with ongoing operational and administrative tasks
Requirements

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services 
  • Active Series 7 license 
  • Series 63, 65, or 66 license 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

Preferred:

  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients ($1M+ net worth) 
  • Familiarity with Schwab or independent advisory platforms

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 (flexible for exceptional candidates)

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time, onsite (5 days per week) 
  • Flexible start times (typically 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) 
  • Reports directly to the lead advisor
Salary Description
$90,000 – $115,000
