POSITION: INVENTORY CONTROL SPECIALIST

Hours - 1st shift - 7:00-3:30 PM - M-F

Pay Rate - $24.00 - $30.00 Depending on experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Effective Inventory process & control to meet business goals. (i.e., Accuracy, Service, turns).

• Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity.

• Inventory support, identifying missing material, and inventory cycle counts.

• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.

• Move material, equipment, or supplies from docks and storage areas to production areas.

• Provide inventory accuracy and financial reports from cycle counting.

• Lead annual physical inventories.

• Ensure inventory control within the Supermarket

• Drive execution of improvements in inventory systems across sites and between sites

• Identify opportunities for improvement in inventory accuracy

• Work with 3rd party storage locations

• Return inventory to stock after production builds

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Office Suite, Facilities management software. Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Excel (Required)

• Manufacturing 2 year (Preferred)

• Lean Manufacturing/Warehouse environment

• ERP system experience Jobboss2 experience a plus

• KANBAN

• Raw Material sheet metal

• Verbal and written communication skills/Interpersonal relationships

• Attention to detail.

• 2-5 years inventory management
