Job Overview

Adventure Tours is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Non-CDL Dispatcher to join our operations team. The Dispatcher plays a key role in coordinating and dispatching drivers while ensuring timely, efficient, and professional transportation services across all company locations.

This position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to maintain smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and committed to upholding Adventure Tours’ reputation for exceptional customer service and luxury travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, assign, and dispatch drivers for daily routes.
• Monitor driver progress and route efficiency using dispatch software or GPS tracking systems.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal departments to coordinate logistics.
• Adjust schedules and routes in real time to respond to delays, traffic issues, or customer needs.
• Support compliance with company policies, safety standards, and DOT/non-DOT regulations.
• Track and report on fleet performance, driver attendance, and delivery metrics.
• Assist in onboarding and training new drivers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching or logistics experience preferred; transportation or motor coach industry experience is a plus.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling and dispatching software.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and customer satisfaction.
