ReCon is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a client in Plaquemines Parish. This is a 6-month assignment supporting office tasks, data entry, PPE management, stocking, and more.
Summary of Description:
Responsible for coordinating the office clerical needs. Coordinating with project managers to assure project clerical needs are met within schedule requirements. Duties also include typing of routine letters, purchase requisitions, material requisitions and miscellaneous correspondence. Responsible for answering phone, transferring calls and messages.

- Faxes - incoming and outgoing
- Routine clerical duties
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) with at least eleven (11) years of experience in a clerical role or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
Licensing Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License as per State law or requirement

Physical Requirements:
- Lifting/Carrying: "Frequently lifts and carries items up to 30 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs."
