This is a 2nd shift position:  Mon-Fri  4:45 pm - 1:15 am

Position Summary: The Industrial Painter / Assembler will be responsible for painting industrial equipment, using enamel and epoxy material as well as assemble equipment according to specifications and drawings.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Painting industrial equipment, using enamel and epoxy material
• Sandblasting
• Assembles machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, fan assemblies, motors, pumps, piping, mount conduit, pull wire, and more according to directions.
• Read blueprints schematics, and build to those specifications
• Uses various machines, forklifts, overhead cranes and hand/power tools to accomplish assigned tasks
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Essential Skills and Experience:

· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience painting industrial equipment

· Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics

· Properly maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment

· Basic ability in measuring equipment, reading, or writing

· Ability to weld is a plus

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods standing and performing tasks

· Must be able to lift up to 20-30 pounds

· Must have manual dexterity to assemble products and machines

· Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components
