We are seeking emailers to help our sales team provide top notch service to our customers. Job duties will involve helping our customers choose the correct wheels and/or tires for their vehicle, assisting customers in the ordering process, and answering customer questions.
Shifts are Monday through Friday with some nights and weekends required. Hours may vary slightly and overtime opportunities occasionally available. There is a 2 month training program that takes place in our Batavia Corporate Offices 8-4:30PM. After training, there is the flexibility to work from home!
Requirements: No experience is required in the wheel and tire industry, but some automotive experience and a passion for the automotive industry helps. Job duties will require good communication and typing skills along with an excellent work ethic.
