Description

SUMMARY

The Service Support Coordinator will be assisting all branches with billing, dispatching and special projects. They will be covering different positions depending on the needs at that time. This position is very fast paced, and will require the ability to multitask, while maintaining composure and excellent customer service. 


JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist all branches in billing work orders

Assist in taking service calls and dispatching for any branch when needed

Posting technician time

Set up new PM contracts in NDS (company operating system) when needed

Assist in typing up quotes or the follow up process

Assist in obtaining P.O. numbers for customers for processing invoices

Work with technicians on outstanding WIPs

Work with CSS and Service Managers on quarterly PM rate changes and making the changes in the system

Work with Service Managers on territory changes and make needed changes in the system

Assist in covering vacations or leaves for all locations when able

 


Requirements

SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

Intermediate computer and typing skills

Professional demeanor at all times

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Prefer experience with NDS software

Must have superior customer service skills 


WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum preferred: 2-3 years’ experience in a related field which includes scheduling and dispatching drivers.


EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum – High School Diploma; College Degree Preferred


WORK CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position is in an office setting where the noise level is generally quiet to sometimes moderate if working near the shop area. Employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; and reach with hands and arms. Employee must have normal manual dexterity and be able to effectively manipulate keyboard and phone. Specific vision abilities required by this job includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
