Adamas Building Services is seeking a reliable and skilled Temporary Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day maintenance operations at assigned properties. This role is responsible for ensuring that facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained while delivering excellent service to residents, tenants, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work 
• Conduct routine inspections of building systems and identify maintenance needs 
• Respond promptly to service requests and maintenance issues 
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas, tools, and equipment 
• Support building operations staff with special projects as needed 
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies 
• Document completed work orders and report any major issues to management

Qualifications

• Prior experience in building maintenance, facilities, or a related field preferred 
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs 
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
• Good communication and customer service skills 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends or emergencies if needed 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs 
• Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and climbing 
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
