Summary

We’re seeking a Director of Operations to lead a growing, multi-branch pest control organization. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving performance, improving profitability, and building scalable systems to support continued growth.

While we operate in pest control, we’re seeking a leader with strong experience in multi-location, route-based service organizations (e.g., home services) who understands how to optimize field operations, develop leaders, and drive consistency across branches.

What You’ll Do – Leadership & Operations

· Lead and develop Branch Managers and operational leaders across multiple locations

· Establish clear performance expectations, accountability, and operational standards

· Drive consistency across branches while optimizing for market-level performance

· Partner with recruiting and training to build and retain a high-performing field team

What You’ll Do – Performance & Growth

· Own branch-level performance, including revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency

· Optimize key drivers such as labor efficiency, COGS, route density, and technician productivity

· Partner with sales leadership to support revenue growth and ensure operational alignment

· Improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and retention across all markets

What You’ll Do – Systems & Execution

· Build and implement scalable systems, processes, and operational frameworks

· Improve routing, capacity planning, and overall field efficiency

· Leverage data, metrics, and scorecards to drive accountability and performance

· Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that improve consistency and results

What We’re Looking For – Required Experience

· Experience leading multi-location operations within pest control, home services, or other route-based service organizations

· Proven success managing leaders and distributed field teams

· Strong P&L ownership, including cost management and margin optimization

· Experience scaling operations, improving systems, and driving performance

Preferred

· Pest control experience is a plus; strong home services or route-based experience highly valued

· Experience with operational frameworks (e.g., EOS or similar)

Additional Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· Ability to obtain Texas Certified Applicator License within 18 months (if not currently licensed)
