We’re looking for an Account Supervisor who can turn business challenges into bold, effective marketing—and lead that work from idea through delivery. This role reports to the Head of Account Leadership and sits at the intersection of creativity and execution, partnering across strategy, creative, media, and production to deliver high-impact work that performs. You’ll guide clients, align teams, and ensure ideas are brought to life with clarity, energy, and accountability—without losing what makes them powerful.


Key Responsibilities


Client Leadership & Growth

  • Serve as a trusted client partner—guiding, supporting, and constructively challenging thinking 
  • Translate business objectives into clear strategies and organizing ideas 
  • Maintain a strong understanding of client priorities, challenges, and competitive landscape 
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth and expanded engagement 

Creative & Strategy Development

  • Partner with Strategy and Creative to develop distinctive, effective work 
  • Contribute to briefs, concepts, and creative development 
  • Champion ideas from concept through execution, ensuring consistency and integrity 
  • Ensure work aligns with strategic direction, client objectives, and stands out in the real world 

Execution & Operations

  • Lead integrated campaign execution from concept through launch 
  • Own timelines, workflows, and cross-functional coordination 
  • Align internal teams to ensure clarity, momentum, and accountability 
  • Ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and at a high level of quality 
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks related to scope, timelines, or quality 
  • Partner with Finance and Account Leadership on budgets, billing, and forecasting

Requirements
  • 5–7 years of account management experience in an agency or similar environment
  • Experience leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns 
  • Strong understanding of the creative development process 
  • Confidence working directly with clients and guiding conversations 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities 
  • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
