JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for coordinating procurement needs for the electrical and mechanical installation of the field team to ensure on time delivery of equipment and materials for project locations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Reviews and processes material requests from field team.
- Coordinate equipment rentals, and other requests from field team.
- Ensure suppliers meet quality standards and delivery deadlines.
- Manage and monitor purchase orders, working in conjunction with purchasing team.
- Track shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during the procurement process.
- Monitor each project budget and alert team of any overages.
- Follow proper material ordering procedures.
- Maintain documentation and files according to procedures.
- Receive packing slips against purchase orders and invoices in QuickBooks.
- Anticipate and resolve problems as they arise.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

WORK SCHEDULE:
This position works in office. General office hours are M-F, 7a-4p or 8a-5p. Working hours and days may vary to meet the job requirements as needed.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years in a related position
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office technology
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to obtain facility security clearance as needed.
