Experienced Service Advisor – Hyundai of Winchester

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily service lane and customer relationships
  • Write accurate repair orders and explain recommendations
  • Communicate with technicians to keep work moving
  • Provide timely updates and a professional customer experience

Qualifications

  • 2+ years as a Service Advisor/Writer in a franchised dealership
  • Experience in high-volume environments
  • Strong communication, organization, and technical understanding
  • Familiarity with DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds, ADP, etc.)
  • Valid driver’s license
