Micro Metals is hiring a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Payable Clerk to support our accounting operations. This role is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Process invoices and outgoing payments in accordance with company policies 

· Verify, code, and accurately enter accounts payable data 

· Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies 

· Maintain organized digital and physical financial records 

· Generate reports related to accounts payable and aging 

· Support month-end close and audit requests 

· Ensure compliance with W-9 documentation, sales tax, and internal controls 

· Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues 

· Provide general administrative support as needed

What We’re looking For

• Experience in accounts payable, “AP”, or accounting support required 
• Experience managing high-volume invoice processing strongly preferred 
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 

Work Environment

Office-based role within a manufacturing setting with regular computer use and interaction with internal teams and vendors.
